mobility through innovation and quality. We are expanding rapidly in the 3-Wheeler EV segment and looking for a dynamic leader to drive nationwide sales growth.
Role Overview
The National Sales Head will spearhead our 3W EV sales strategy, develop and strengthen dealer networks, and drive business expansion across India.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and scale up pan-India sales operations for 3W EV category.
· Build, manage, and grow the dealer and distributor network.
· Achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
· Develop strategic business plans and market-entry strategies for key territories.
· Collaborate with marketing, service, and product teams for seamless execution.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and dealer performance.
· Identify innovative finance options that can help achieve meet sales target
Desired Profile
· Proven track record in EV or automotive sales (3W preferred).
· Strong dealer network and channel management experience.
· Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Strategic thinker with execution focus and entrepreneurial mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹200,000.00 per month
