This role is about steering Lafit's nationwide presence, shaping how India experiences light, and setting new benchmarks in an industry that's moving fast.

What you'll take charge of:

  • Shape and execute a bold national sales strategy with clear and aggressive targets
  • Scale Lafit's footprint through flagship stores, projects and a robust dealer network
  • Win influence with architects, consultants, developers, and retailers across the country
  • Lead, mentor, and elevate high-performing regional sales team.
  • Drive operational excellence across sales, collections and channel performance
  • Build incentive structures and training programs that keep teams hungry and motivated
  • Partner with R&D, production, and quality teams to deliver world-class solutions to market

Who we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in lighting sales.
  • Strategic yet hands-on, with a track record of building networks that deliver growth
  • A persuasive communicator, negotiator and closer
  • A leader who doesn't just manage but
    inspires
    people to outperform themselves
