Hiring: Head of India Operations/ National Head Location: Open (frequent travel across India) Department: Sales Experience: 12–20 years (Min 5–7 years in senior leadership) Preferred Industries: Civil, Architects, Interior, Tiles, Ceramics, Plywood, Furniture, Quartz, Engineered Stones, Natural Stones, Cement Budget : 40-50 LPA Position Overview : We are looking for a visionary leader to spearhead our India business and drive expansion in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets. This role involves building the India operations from the ground up — including team creation, channel development, brand building, and large-scale market strategy. The ideal candidate will think like an entrepreneur, plan like a strategist, and execute like a market builder. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Market Development - Define and execute India’s market entry & long-term growth strategy - Identify priority cities & customer segments - Drive revenue, profitability & market share development - Build detailed city-wise business plans 2. Team Building & Talent Development - Recruit & mentor regional sales managers and support staff - Create a performance-driven culture - Lead product training & capability development 3. Brand Building & Experience Centers - Drive brand positioning initiatives - Set up flagship experience centers in major metros - Increase visibility through exhibitions, architect forums & digital/media presence 4. Architect, Builder & Designer Network - Build strong relationships with top A&D firms, builders & kitchen studios - Develop engagement programs to drive brand advocacy - Gather market feedback to shape product offerings 5. Channel & Project Sales - Build a hybrid channel model (dealers, kitchen studios, project sales) - Select & onboard strategic channel partners - Explore institutional/project sales to scale volume 6. Operations & Customer Experience - Coordinate with production/logistics for smooth deliveries - Implement CRM-driven tracking & customer touchpoints - Lead pricing, launches, credit, and feedback systems 7. Reporting & Governance - Manage India P&L with full accountability - Report performance, forecasts & strategies to global leadership - Oversee budgeting, resourcing & ROI Candidate Profile Experience: - 12–20 years in sales/business leadership - 5+ years in national/multi-region senior leadership - Strong experience in engineered stone, surfaces, tiles, fittings, or premium building materials Core Skills: - Strategic planning - Leadership & people management - A&D + channel ecosystem knowledge - Strong communication & stakeholder management - P&L understanding & business acumen - Hands-on execution approach - Strong design & premium brand sensibility What We Offer - Opportunity to build & lead India operations from zero - High autonomy & direct involvement with global leadership - Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives - Support from global product, operations & marketing teams
