Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive at SCG, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client acquisition efforts, assisting in strategic partnerships, and contributing to business growth initiatives. This job offers a dynamic learning experience, ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Management: Assist in opportunity assessment, qualification, and the preparation of proposals and response strategies.
- Solutioning & Strategy: Support the development of client solutions using consulting frameworks and industry best practices, including contributing to pricing strategies and competitive positioning.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with the team in preparing pitches and presentations that align with client business goals and challenges.
- Content Development: Help create Points of View, case studies, white papers, and sales collateral to enhance business development efforts.
- Market Research: Conduct targeted market and company-specific research to identify potential opportunities and assist in prospecting.
- Collaboration: Work with Internal teams, including analytics, engineering, and consulting, to help deliver customized solutions.
- Relationship Building: Support the team in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and contribute insights to improve business development strategies.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience:
- Academic exposure or prior Experience in Business Development, Pre-Sales, Analytics, or Consulting are a plus.
- Interest or foundational knowledge in the Banking & Financial Services domain is advantageous.
Technical & Business Acumen:
- Basic understanding of analytics and business consulting principles.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and support client needs.
Communication & Presentation:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to assist in preparing impactful presentations and proposals.
Relationship Management:
- Comfortable interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to collaborate with remote and cross-functional teams.
Adaptability:
- A proactive and flexible mindset, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
