We are hiring candidates for International Tech Support. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply

Job Criteria:

  • Immediate joiners required (available to join within 15-20 days)

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Technical Voice Process (Healthcare & Desktop Support, Domestic Help Desk and AR Calling experience cannot be considered.)

  • Freshers with Excellent communication skills are welcome

  • Ability to handle real-time voice calls

  • Any UG qualification / HSC / Diploma

Compensation:

CTC: 2.5 to 3.5 LPA (varies based on experience)

Location: Chennai, Ambit IT Park

Shift Details:

  • 5-day work week with rotational shifts, predominantly night shifts

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve technical and software issues for US & UK customers via voice calls and remote chat support

  • Troubleshoot internet connectivity, malware, software setups, email clients, wireless connectivity, and peripherals

  • Ensure timely, professional responses to customer requests and complaints

  • Support customers in setting up/repairing peripherals and devices via network

  • Accurately record interactions in CRM

  • Follow standard processes and procedures

  • Stay updated on Windows updates, patches, client-specific tools, and latest technology trends

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in home networking, printer, and IoT device troubleshooting

  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot Windows and Mac OS

  • Knowledge of networking concepts

  • Willingness to learn new technologies

  • Freshers with excellent communication are welcome

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot internet, router, and device issues

  • Support customers in setting up/repairing peripherals

  • Use knowledge base and internet for issue resolution
