Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Business Development Executive with 3-5 years of experience in IT/Software sales The candidate will be responsible for identifying new businesses opportunities ,managing client relationships and achieving sales targets .

Responsibilities:

  • Identify ,qualify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations , proposals and business pitches to clients .
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams .
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
  • Provide a regular sales report and forecast to management.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends ,competitors and emerging technologies
  • Negotiates contracts, close deals and ensures smooth handover to project .
  • Provide inputs to marketing teams for lead generation .
  • Requirements :
  • 3-4years in business development or sales.
  • Strong client acquisition and handling experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and build relationships.
