Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Business Development Executive with 3-5 years of experience in IT/Software sales The candidate will be responsible for identifying new businesses opportunities ,managing client relationships and achieving sales targets .
Responsibilities:
- Identify ,qualify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations , proposals and business pitches to clients .
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams .
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Provide a regular sales report and forecast to management.
- Stay updated with IT industry trends ,competitors and emerging technologies
- Negotiates contracts, close deals and ensures smooth handover to project .
- Provide inputs to marketing teams for lead generation .
- Requirements :
- 3-4years in business development or sales.
- Strong client acquisition and handling experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and build relationships.
