Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote studio services
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings or sales
  • Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Maintain a database of customers and update call records regularly
  • Explain services, packages, and offers clearly and professionally
  • Handle client questions, objections, and concerns effectively
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions
  • Coordinate with the sales/production team for client requirements
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Provide accurate information about pricing, promotions, and services

Requirements

  • Proven 0-3 years of experience as a Telesales Executive / Telecaller / Customer Service Representative
  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
  • Ability to handle outbound calling and follow-up confidently
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, email usage)
  • Ability to work under targets and maintain productivity
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • High level of patience and professionalism during calls

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in media, studio services, or creative industries
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and lead-generation strategies
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
