Job Description
Position – Telesales Executive ( sales Associate )
Location - HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Experience – 1 to 4 yrs
Weekly Off – Monday
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
● Conduct outbound calls to clients to promote our products and services.
● Identify and qualify sales leads through strategic prospecting efforts.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
● Provide product information, pricing, and support to clients as needed.
● Follow up on clients on timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
● Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
● Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Required :
● Good communication skills (English)
● Good interpersonal skills
● Positive attitude.
● Passion for Sales.
● Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
● Open to work six days a week
