Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive for a Full-Time position at our Bangalore Urban office. As a Junior-level role, candidates should have 1 to 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will leverage their skills in cold calling, Salesforce, and customer relationship management to support our business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with cold calling to generate new business opportunities and establish initial contact with potential clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce to manage sales processes and keep track of customer interactions (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles to maintain and enhance customer relationships (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with CRM software to efficiently manage customer data and track sales activities.
  • Effective negotiation techniques to close deals and maximize sales potential.
  • Skilled in objection handling to overcome customer resistance and turn it into a sales opportunity.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools to identify and pursue potential sales leads.
  • Excellent active listening skills to accurately understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, using cold calling to build a successful sales pipeline.
  • Utilize Salesforce and CRM systems to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Engage in negotiation and objection handling to close sales and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the overall sales team's performance targets.
  • Maintain and update customer records in line with company policies and data protection regulations.
  • Provide exemplary service to existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Continuously seek knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in telesales.
