Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our casino team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities to increase casino revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, corporate partners, and event organizers.
- Develop and execute business development strategies and campaigns tailored to target segments.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional events and offers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of business leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the casino.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or hospitality (casino industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with diverse clients, including high-net-worth individuals.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and hospitality trends is a plus.
