Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and energetic
Relationship Manager (RM)
to manage and grow relationships with local retailers. The ideal candidate is preferred if they have prior experience in
FMCG or E-commerce
and a strong understanding of retail dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit and onboard local retailers by explaining Hello Chotu's platform and its benefits.

· Train retailers on using the app for product listing, pricing, and order management.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

· Provide ongoing field and remote support for retailer queries and issues.

· Collect feedback to improve retailer experience and platform performance.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth retailer operations.

· Meet assigned onboarding and activity targets; submit daily reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate
    in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in FMCG sales, e-commerce, or online retail platforms.
  • Excellent
    communication in the local language, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong
    relationship-building
    and
    customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of
    Excel, mobile apps, and digital tools.
  • Must have a
    two-wheeler
    and smartphone for field visits.
