Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact between clients and the organization, handling queries, managing appointments, and promoting our services effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for consultation scheduling.
  • Follow up on inquiries received via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including workshops and events.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage post-service feedback.
  • Maintain a client database and track relationship progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
