About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented UK Application Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing end-to-end job application support for candidates targeting the UK market, ensuring smooth profile setup, accurate job applications, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize required documentation from candidates after onboarding.
  • Set up candidates' email accounts, update and format resumes, and create job seeker profiles to begin their job marketing process.
  • Apply to relevant UK job openings based on candidates' skill sets (e.g., DevOps Engineer, SRE, Data Engineer, Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer), salary expectations, preferred location, and job type.
  • Utilize UK job boards such as JobServe, TotalJobs, CV-Library, Reed, and LinkedIn.
  • Regularly follow up on candidate submissions every two hours and continue job applications throughout the day.
  • Track daily job board activities and share detailed End-of-Day (EOD) reports with the manager.
  • Train and mentor new application specialists, ensuring consistency and process adherence.
  • Monitor daily performance to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in application support, recruitment coordination, or UK staffing operations.
  • Strong understanding of UK job boards and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet daily submission targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and job portal tools.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
