About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented UK Application Specialist to join our recruitment operations team. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end job application process for candidates targeting positions in the UK market. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless profile setup, accurate and timely job submissions, and consistent reporting to support our overall talent placement objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and verify candidate documentation following onboarding procedures.
  • Create, update, and format resumes, set up candidate email accounts, and build job seeker profiles to initiate the job marketing process.
  • Apply to relevant UK job openings aligned with candidates' skill sets, preferred locations, salary expectations, and job preferences, including roles such as DevOps Engineer, SRE, Data Engineer, Platform Engineer, and Cloud Engineer.
  • Utilize major UK job boards such as JobServe, TotalJobs, CV-Library, Reed, and LinkedIn to source and apply for positions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on candidate submissions at defined intervals and continue active job applications throughout the day.
  • Maintain daily tracking of job board activities and submit comprehensive End-of-Day (EOD) reports to the manager.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to newly onboarded Application Specialists.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure process quality, submission accuracy, and productivity standards are consistently met.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in application support, recruitment coordination, or UK staffing operations.
  • Strong knowledge of UK job boards and an understanding of the country's recruitment workflow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and achieve daily submission targets effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and job portal tools.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, process consistency, and reporting quality.
