Job Description:

  • Posting journals and assisting with month-end reporting.
  • Performing regular bank reconciliations through Internet Business Banking.
  • Supporting and covering payroll processing as required.
  • Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • Monitoring and managing scheme finances, including claim submissions and receipts.
  • Liaising with scheme managers to ensure claims are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Handling administrative and financial documentation for assigned schemes.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as accountant.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAGE Accounts software package.
  • Experience using Internet Business Banking and bank feeds.
  • Demonstrated UK or Irish accounts experience, including familiarity with UK or Irish financial processes and reporting standards.
  • Proficient in posting journals, reconciliations, AP/AR, and payroll cover.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 per month
