We are hiring a Part-Time Digital Marketing Expert to grow our online presence and sales. The role covers SEO, Google & Meta Ads, product listings, and social media management. You'll optimise product pages, run ad campaigns, create engaging content, and track performance through analytics. A hands-on marketer who enjoys both creativity and data will thrive here.

The role is 20 hours per week with opportunity to make a direct impact across multiple fast-growing brands.

Key Responsibilities (Not Exhaustive)

  1. Organic Growth (SEO)  Conduct keyword research and optimise product/category pages. Write Blogs to increase visibility.  Improve Google rankings through on-page SEO, blogs, backlinks, and technical f ixes.  Build a content calendar focused on our niche.  Improve the websites to make it more attractive and suitable for faster growth. Improve Content on Websites and design creative content for the websites.

  2. Paid Advertising (Google & Social Ads)  Set up and manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).  Run Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube campaigns.  Monitor ROI (return on investment) and scale winning campaigns.

  3. Product Listings & Merchandising  Ensure all products have SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and images.  Optimise product detail pages for conversion (bullets, FAQs, trust signals).  Test bundles, cross-sells, and oAers to increase average order value.

  4. Social Media Management  Create and schedule posts/reels for Instagram, Facebook.  Grow follower base through engaging content and community interaction.  Support campaigns with influencer collaborations and UGC (user-generated content).

  5. Other Growth Initiatives  Email & SMS marketing (welcome flows, abandoned cart, subscription reminders).  Conversion Rate Optimisation (landing pages, checkout improvements).  Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta/Ads dashboards).

Required Skills: Communication: Professional Level English Speaking, Writing, Listening is a MUST. Shopify/e-commerce experience is a big plus.

Website Designing

Work Location: Working from India (Complete Remote Job)

Work Time: Ireland Time: Continuous 4 hours between 09:00 to 18:00 India Time: Continuous 4 hours between 13:30 to 22:30 (+ / - 1 hour depending on day light saving)

(To be fixed at the start of employment and shall be consistent)

Experience: Showcase your past projects in the Digital Marketing field.

Compensation: Fixed: Range of Rs.30k - Rs.35k per month.

Variable: Attractive Target Based Bonus will be based on the performance, to be discussed periodically as and when targets are allocated.
