**Job Title**: Remote - Bookkeeper administration

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage an automatic invoice recognition tool called Paperless
- Code invoices & credit notes to the appropriate nominals & cost centers
- Chase invoice & credit notes approvals on Paperless to approve invoices
- Ensure invoices & credit notes are transferred to Sage 50 (Accounts package) once approved
- Perform supplier reconciliations monthly to ensure all invoices & credit notes are received
- Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve disputes or discrepancies
- Keep supplier records up to date with regards contact information, tax identification numbers, and banking details
- Prepare weekly payment schedules so payments can be made locally to suppliers
- Generate periodic reports on accounts payable metrics, such as aging reports and outstanding liabilities
- Work closely with the purchasing and procurement departments to resolve purchase order discrepancies

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Experience 5 - 8 years.
- Familiarity with accounting software (Sage 50 & Paperless add-on)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools

**Salary**: 50,000/- INR per month

**Shift Time** - UK shift

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
