Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Female Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to various departments, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

Duties

  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Support financial tasks by entering data into QuickBooks and assisting with basic bookkeeping functions
  • Organise meetings and take minutes when required
  • Provide administrative support to various projects as needed

Skills

  • Previous office experience is highly desirable
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Demonstrated clerical experience that showcases your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment
