**Job Title: UX/UI Designer (B2B Ecommerce - WooCommerce)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will own the full customer journey from awareness to post-purchase engagement while contributing to both digital experiences and marketing collateral. You should be equally comfortable optimising user flows and crafting engaging blog graphics, step-by-step guides, infographics, and offline brand assets.
- Conduct UI-UX audits and identify gaps across eCommerce websites (WooCommerce) and other brand websites built on various platforms.
- Design intuitive and optimised user journeys for B2B and B2C buyers, including institutional, office, and corporate customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement user-first designs and CRO improvements.
- Experience designing for Amazon and other international marketplaces, including creation of gallery images, store design assets, A+ Content, infographics, and other visual elements aligned with marketplace branding and performance standards.
- Build and maintain a reusable design system that works across ecommerce and marketing assets.
- Develop compelling infographics, blog visuals, banners, social creatives, and step-by-step guides.
- Support brand storytelling by contributing to both digital and traditional marketing collateral.
- Work with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Creative Suite to deliver high-quality visuals.
- Optimise designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
- Incorporate analytics tools and user feedback / surveys to continuously refine UX.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 6 years of UX/UI experience, with at least 3 years working on WooCommerce-based websites.
- Strong experience with woocommerce environments.
- Proven ability to deliver UX/UI solutions tailored for B2B ecommerce models.
- Familiarity with modern UX/UI AI tools and the ability to effectively leverage emerging AI technologies to enhance design workflows, user experience, and creative output. Maximising the use of AI is a key requirement.
- Excellent skills in Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and similar design tools and video editing softwares.
- Creative thinker with the ability to design both product-focused assets and general marketing materials.
- Ability to produce infographics, step-by-step visuals, and illustrative blog graphics.
- Good knowledge of conversion strategies, CTA placements, and UI best practices.
- International experience particularly with European or US markets is highly preferred.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar user analytics tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility and multi-device optimisation.
- Understanding of ecommerce plugins and integrations within WooCommerce.
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS for design-to-dev communication.
- Motion design capabilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 per month
