**Job Title**: OnlineMath Tutor (UK - Functional Skills Level 4)
**Location**: Remote
**Target Learners**: 16-18-year-olds aiming to achieve a Level 4 in Functional Math

**Role Summary**

We are looking for a qualified Remote Math Tutor to assist students aged 16-18 in achieving Functional Skills Level 4 qualifications in Mathematics. The tutor will conduct online group and one-to-one sessions, adapting lessons to individual learner needs, and helping students develop critical math skills for everyday life, education, and work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Deliver engaging group sessions focused on numeracy, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning.
- Provide personalized one-to-one support based on diagnostic assessments.
- **Curriculum and Skills Development**:

- Deliver lessons aligned with the Functional Skills Math curriculum (Levels 1 & 2).
- Help learners develop practical math skills for real-life situations.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Conduct assessments to identify learner strengths and weaknesses.
- Prepare learners for internal/external assessments, offering constructive feedback to help them reach Level 4.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Keep accurate records of attendance, progress, and completed work.
- Communicate progress to relevant stakeholders (parents, institutions, etc.).

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Proven experience teaching Math to 16-19-year-olds, with a focus on native English speakers.
- Familiarity with the Functional Skills Math curriculum at Levels 1 & 2.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

**Desirable**:

- Experience preparing learners for Functional Skills or GCSE Math exams.
- Understanding of challenges faced by students struggling to achieve a grade 4 or higher in Math.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
