Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive with proven experience in the MEP and Fire & Safety industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain new and existing customer relationships in the MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Safety Equipment sectors.
  • Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions and product offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, technical proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and tenders to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, logistics, accounts) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline in the CRM or reporting system.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of field sales experience in industrial products, especially in MEP, Fire & Safety, HVAC, or related sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of products like fire alarm systems, fire suppression, pumps, HVAC units, electrical fittings, piping, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and consultant/contractor networks is a plus.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with contractors, consultants, facility management companies, or construction firms.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or technical drawing review is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480, ₹720,000.00 per year
