- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.
- Prepare and send quotations/proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular visits to clients for relationship building and business discussions.
- Assist the Business Development Manager in sales strategies and reporting.
- Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- MBA in Marketing and male candidate is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM software for tracking and managing leads.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
