  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.
  • Prepare and send quotations/proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients for relationship building and business discussions.
  • Assist the Business Development Manager in sales strategies and reporting.
  • Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • MBA in Marketing and male candidate is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM software for tracking and managing leads.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings.
