We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Staff member to support our administrative and documentation activities related to government projects. The role involves managing computer-based tasks, preparing official documents, submitting applications through government portals, and coordinating with concerned authorities for project approvals and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project-related documentation and reports.
Enter, verify, and update data on various government portals and company systems.
Assist in online application submissions, file uploads, and follow-ups with government departments.
Maintain accurate digital and physical records of files and communications.
Coordinate with field staff, engineers, and officials for project progress and compliance.
Handle basic correspondence, emails, and office communications.
Support administrative and office management activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two/ Any Degree/ With good Computer Knowledge
Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office, Excel, and Internet usage).
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to handle online portals and digital submissions confidently.
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of solar or government project documentation will be an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
