Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations while providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; handle inquiries and take messages.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages.
- Maintain reception area and meeting rooms to ensure they are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, file, and organize documents, reports, and records.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
- Assist management and staff with any additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform basic bookkeeping support (if applicable), such as handling invoices or expense tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or office assistant (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Work Schedule
- Full-time (specify hours, e.g., Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM)
