Department: US IT Staffing Full-time Position
Work Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
Work Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Salary Range: Up to 8 LPA (Negotiable with relevant experience) + Performance Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent recruitment/business development experience).
- Familiarity with US sourcing platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple client requirements simultaneously in a structured environment.
