
BDM in US IT Staffing

Responsibilities:
- Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier-1 Partners) for the IT staffing business in the USA.
- Engage with clients daily to identify staffing opportunities.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placing candidates.
- Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters.
- Take ownership of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Cultivate accounts with contractor staffing needs and provide ongoing support.
- Identify and create opportunities for IT services projects in collaboration with clients.
- Leverage existing relationships and networks to open new business opportunities.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market.
- Established relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients and a proven track record of successful placements.
- Aggressive and target-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, multitask, and stay self-motivated.
- Strong ability to work independently and meet end-to-end placement and revenue targets.
- Expert-level skills in technical recruitment.
- Sharp, articulate, energetic, with a "CAN-DO" attitude.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and related products.
