We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid user acquisition efforts across multiple digital platforms. You'll own end-to-end strategy and execution for driving app installs, quality leads, and performance efficiency across Meta, Google, DV360, Affiliates, and ad networks.

· Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:

o   Meta (App & Lead generation)

o   Google App (UAC), Search, and YouTube for Action (YTFA)

o   DV360

o   Affiliate networks and direct ad networks

·  Scale campaigns while improving ROAS and CAC

·  Own media planning, budgeting, and forecasting for paid acquisition

·  Work closely with creative, content o test and iterate on ad copies, videos, and landing pages

·   Monitor real-time performance using GA4, Adjust, Firebase, and Clevertap

·   Analyze cohorts and user behavior to improve funnel metrics and retention

·   Maintain attribution hygiene across platforms and reduce discrepancies

Identify and test new paid channels and partnerships

Role Requirements -

  • 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-growing B2C or app-first company
  • Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads (UAC, Search, YouTube), and DV360
  • Experience managing affiliate and ad network campaigns
  • Proficiency in tools like GA4, Adjust, Firebase, and Clevertap
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with pivot tables, cohorts, ROI modeling
  • Ability to lead strategy while getting into execution detail
  • Should be comfortable travelling to Malad location
