About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, analyzing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies across platforms to drive growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Drive measurable results in lead generation, conversions, ROAS, and CAC while ensuring budget efficiency.
  • Plan and manage performance marketing strategies for multiple channels including search, display, social, retargeting, affiliate, and programmatic ads.
  • Collaborate with the creative/content team to create ad copies, creatives, and landing pages optimized for conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights with clear reporting on KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, landing pages, and funnels to maximize performance.
  • Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and brand teams to align performance marketing goals with business objectives.
  • Manage agency/vendor relationships when required but maintain in-house ownership of strategy and execution.
  • Analyze end-to-end customer journeys to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in conversion funnels.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in running high-budget performance marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of driving ROI-focused campaigns across digital channels.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), retargeting, and attribution models.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
