Job Description : 

  1. Responsible for development & management of performance management program, talent management & cost management
  2.  Should have had hands-on experience in implementing HRMS and other HR related technology solutions.
  3. Ensures the maintenance records of transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, joining till exit, discipline records, employee performance appraisal records.
  4. Employee orientation, induction & motivational training.
  5. Handling Payroll Management & HR related compliances. (EPF, ESIC, Income Tax, PT etc.)
  6.  Handling Incidents/ Accident cases, Discipline cases.
  7.  Handling corporate insurance and group insurance policies such as Medi claim (GHI, GPA, CGLI, WC).
  8.  Coordinating for employee verification through third party & other relevant verifications.
  9. Responsible for office maintenance and administrative activities. 

    Desire Profile of the Candidate :

    1. Should have been heading the HR department in the current role or be
        independently handling a division / location with significant employee
        strength. Head of HR function or reporting to President / Vice
         President / Director HR.
    2. Should have consistently worked for 4-5 years in an organization.
    3. Candidate should be a resident of Chennai or should have been a 
        resident of Chennai earlier for atleast 10 years.
