Role Description
This is a full-time role for an HR Head in the Medical Device/Med Tech/Healthcare/Pharma sector at Lezivia Lifesciences. The role is an on-site position located in Chennai. The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, managing labor and employment law compliance, handling employee relations, and ensuring effective HR management. The HR Head will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Strong Employee Relations skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the medical device, med tech, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
