Order Desk Executive and Admin Assistant

About this opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join as a versatile professional at Ericsson which combines Fiori tool based order-desk operations with team-administration support. You will be the primary point for raising and tracking Fiori requests, managing Network ID distribution and resolving time-booking issues, while also enabling team functioning through event coordination, access management, and purchase/invoice processing. The position suits a process-oriented professional who enjoys cross-functional coordination, operational reporting, and ensuring smooth team operations.
What you will do:
Order Desk (Fiori) responsibilities:
- Raise Fiori requests to MA approvers using the Fiori tool and track progress.
- Regular follow-ups for pending Fiori requests and Network ID cases via email and calls.
- Distribute Network IDs to team members in a timely manner for accurate time booking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SMEs' time-booking errors; coordinate corrections.
- Prepare periodical reports and dashboards to monitor Network ID pendency and trends.
- Support quarterly common cost settlement across defined cost centres.
Team Assistant responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate team events, gifts and rewards programs.
- Schedule and manage conference rooms for internal and external meetings.
- Handle security badge/access requests for guests; onboard new joiners and manage offboarding.
- Process purchase requisitions and invoices; follow up on approvals and payments.
The skills you bring:
3-5 years related experience working in a corporate environment.
- Skilled using Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- SAP Concur, Fiori tool knowledge preferred and expense processing experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Highly responsive and proactive in problem-solving.
- Strong orientation toward teamwork.
