We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketer & SEO Specialist who excels in running high-converting PPC campaigns and optimizing SEO strategies to improve organic rankings. You will be responsible for driving paid (PPC) and organic (SEO) traffic to improve lead generation, optimizing high-ROI digital ad campaigns, conversions, and brand visibility.

As we expand, we are looking for a Performance Marketer & SEO expert who can maximize ROI through data-driven paid advertising and organic search strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing & SEO.
- Hands-on Experience in Off Page + On Page + Technical SEO
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager for tracking and insights.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with website structures, HTML, and CMS platforms (Custom, WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data-driven insights and trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Past Work (portfolio of any previous ad campaigns and SEO projects is highly preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing (PPC & Paid Ads)
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
- Implement bidding strategies and audience targeting to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and call-to-actions (CTAs) for better conversion rates.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and bounce rates to make data-driven decisions.
- Track conversion goals using Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
On-Page & Technical SEO Optimization:
- Optimize website meta tags, URLs, headings, and internal linking for search visibility.
- Improve site speed, mobile-friendliness, and Core Web Vitals for better rankings.
Keyword Research & Content Strategy:
- Conduct keyword research using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz to identify high-potential keywords.
- Optimize website content for search intent and organic growth.
Link Building & Off-Page SEO:
- Develop backlink strategies through guest posting, outreach, and digital PR.
- Manage local SEO efforts, including Google My Business optimization.
SEO Analytics & Performance Monitoring:
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and domain authority.
- Generate reports and suggest improvements for better search performance.
