**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize **paid marketing campaigns** across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage **performance-based marketing strategies** to achieve business objectives such as lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
- Continuously monitor **key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)** and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Conduct **A/B testing** on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the **SEO, content, and design teams** to align paid marketing efforts with overall brand goals.
- Stay updated with **trends, algorithm changes, and best practices** in digital advertising.
- Utilize **Google Analytics, and other analytics tools** to track and report campaign performance.
- Identify and explore new **customer acquisition opportunities** through innovative marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize returns.
- Work closely with **stakeholders, agencies, and third-party vendors** to execute campaigns successfully.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **1-5 years** of experience in **performance marketing, paid ads, or digital marketing.**:

- Hands-on experience with **Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms.**:

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret **data to make strategic decisions.**:

- Experience with **A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and remarketing strategies.**:

- Knowledge of **bid strategies, audience segmentation, and ad copywriting best practices.**:

- Familiarity with **landing page optimization, funnel tracking, and attribution models.**:

- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to **work independently and in a team** to drive results.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
