Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and target potential Dealers through various channels including industry events, online platforms, referrals, and market research.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet our Dealers criteria.

2. Franchise Presentation and Education:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our Dealer model, including benefits, investment requirements, and support provided.
  • Conduct engaging and informative presentations to potential franchisees, addressing their queries and concerns.

3. Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

4. Market Analysis and Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on potential areas for expansion and development.

5. Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the Dealer Development team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new Dealer.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.

6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of Dealer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.

7. Dealer Support and Relationship Management:

  • Act as a liaison between potential Dealer's and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition into the franchise system.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to Dealer's as needed.

8. Compliance and Due Diligence

  • Ensure potential Dealer's meet all necessary legal and financial requirements.
  • Conduct due diligence to verify the suitability of potential franchisees.
