Job Description Regional Head (North Division)
Location: Delhi
Department: Sales – Hospitals & Retail
Reporting to: CEO
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Regional Head to lead our Hospitals and Retail Division for the North region, based in Delhi. The individual will be responsible for driving business growth across a wide range of products, achieving sales targets of 2–3 Crores per month, and building a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Hospital and Retail Sales teams for the North Division.
- Drive achievement of monthly sales targets (2–3 Crores) and ensure annual revenue goals are met.
- Develop strategies to expand market presence across hospitals, retail pharmacies, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase product penetration.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of experienced professionals with proven expertise in Hospitals and Retail sales.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation to achieve set goals.
- Ensure effective supply chain coordination to maintain product availability in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital administrators, retail partners, and stakeholders.
- Regularly review sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Science, or Business Administration (preferred).
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in Pharma / Healthcare sector, with proven success in Hospitals and Retail channels.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in achieving and exceeding high-value sales targets.
- Established network of hospital contacts and retail distributors in North India.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively within North India.
- Ability to bring in an experienced team with established hospital and retail expertise.
