Role Overview
As the Regional Head Sales North and West, the incumbent will be responsible for driving MSM Unifys business growth in these key markets. This senior leadership role demands strategic planning, robust execution, and hands-on team leadership to achieve market expansion, sales targets, and lasting client partnerships across North and West India. The role encompasses team development, process optimization, and cross-department collaboration.
Core Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute region-specific sales strategies for rapid business growth in North and West India.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential markets to accelerate expansion.
- Align regional sales operations and targets with the organization's overall revenue goals.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor State Heads and Regional Managers to elevate team capabilities.
- Develop a collaborative, performance-driven team culture through goal setting and staff engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize sales metrics, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
- Streamline sales cycles and conversion processes using analytics and best practices.
- Manage and nurture key client and partner relationships, implementing effective retention strategies.
- Proactively address client escalations to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Drive the establishment of new franchises and CBL centers as per business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives alongside marketing, product, and operations to achieve superior customer experiences.
- Provide market trends and actionable insights to senior leadership for strategic refinement.

- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned regions.
- Build and maintain a high-performing, engaged sales team.
- Expand MSM Unify's market presence in untapped territories.
- Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achieve 100% annual revenue goals for North and West regions.
- Improve lead-to-deal conversion rate by at least 15% annually.
- Maintain a 90% client retention rate.
- Launch new franchises as per assigned regional targets.
- Ensure each team member receives a minimum of 40 hours of annual training.
- Reduce regional sales cycle duration by 20%.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of North and West India market dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Effective leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics.
- Track record in managing large, high-performance teams in fast-paced settings.
