Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting all human resource activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. The role ensures smooth implementation of HR policies, helps maintain a positive work environment, and supports management in achieving organizational goals through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support in preparing HR reports and dashboards.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Conduct feedback sessions and surveys to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Support in implementing recognition and reward programs.

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process.
  • Track goal-setting and performance review timelines.
  • Maintain documentation of performance discussions.

5. Compliance & HR Policies

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain statutory records and assist with audits.
  • Support in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
