Role & responsibilities

Job Description: Timesheet, Leave & Payroll Executive

What Youll Do

  • Manage timesheet collection, leave tracking, and payroll processing across multiple clients.
  • Send timely reminders to employees for timesheet submissions and leave updates.
  • Validate timesheets for accuracy and completeness, ensuring manager approvals and correct leave entries.
  • Maintain leave trackers and update the ERP system promptly.
  • Perform payroll calculations based on validated timesheets and leave data.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with the accounting/finance team.
  • Follow up with employees who miss submission deadlines, using multiple communication channels.
  • Identify and escalate timesheet defaulters to the team leader/manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of timesheet submissions, leave applications, payroll data, and employee records.
  • Adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for timesheet, leave, and payroll management.
  • Utilize software applications (ERP, Excel, and payroll tools) for efficient data handling, reporting, and payroll processing.

Preferred candidate profile

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in timesheet management, payroll processing, or HR operations.
  • Strong skills in payroll calculation, Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
