We have an immediate requirement for Human Resource for our prestigious school.

Responsibilities and Duties

The HR Executive provides a professional organised HR service to all members of staff covering the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit in accordance with the labour law and in alignment with the relevant regulatory bodies. The HR Executive plays an active role in the day to day running of our busy school and supports our vision of being the school of choice within the community. The role of the HR Executive is to work with all departments to build and maintain a positive working environment, ensure fair people processes and promote engagement for all employees to support the schools' aim of being the employer of choice.

The HR Executive will report directly to Principal and functionally to the regional Head of HR. They will collaborate with other functions to ensure a smooth running of HR operations.

Other Responsibilities :

Undertake such other reasonable responsibilities and tasks that may be assigned by the School Principal, and the International Schools Partnership.

Required Experience and Qualifications :

  • Person specification
  • To be friendly, approachable, professional, discreet, able to work independently and as part of a team and to earn the trust and respect of all staff
  • To be able to speak clearly, concisely, and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented verbally and in writing
  • To plan, organised and priorities time and workload in order to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience of working as HR in education feild is preferred
  • Ability to communicate perfectly in written and spoken English
  • A positive solution focused approach
  • Competencies.

Experience: Applicants must have at least 6+ years of relevant experience.

Qualification: Graduates/ Post-graduates with good communication.
