Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and databases.
  • Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, and exit formalities.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll support.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Address employee queries and support daily HR operations.

Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience in HR (internships or freelance hiring experience also accepted).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
