Role Overview

We are seeking a
Customer Care Executive
who will serve as the voice of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, grievances, and feedback with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism, maintaining a 24-hour turnaround time (TAT) for issue resolution.

What We're Looking For

A friendly, articulate, and service-minded individual who enjoys interacting with people and takes pride in resolving customer issues. Someone who can turn a frustrated customer into a loyal brand advocate through calm communication and quick action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries and grievances across
    WhatsApp, email, and phone
    .
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure resolution within a
    24-hour TAT
    .
  • Coordinate with
    warehouse and logistics teams
    to resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Place
    backend orders
    on the
    Shopify
    platform when required.
  • Handle cases involving
    broken/damaged products
    , coordinating with customers for resolution.
  • Conduct
    customer feedback calls
    to understand product experience and areas of improvement.
  • Coordinate with customers for
    payment or order-related issues
    , and liaise internally with the
    accounts team
    for closure.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in customer care, preferably with a
    premium or high-quality service-oriented brand
    .
  • Excellent
    spoken and written communication skills
    in English and Hindi.
  • Strong
    problem-solving abilities
    and a proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrated
    patience, empathy, and good listening skills
    when dealing with customers.
  • Ability to
    multitask and coordinate
    across teams effectively.
  • Experience with
    Shopify
    and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
