Customer Care Executive - FresherOverview: As a Customer Care Executive - Fresher, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to enhance the overall customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to senior team members
  • Understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  • Handling customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Managing and updating customer accounts and records
  • Assisting in product or service inquiries and sales
  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Participating in training sessions to improve customer service skills
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
