Job Summary:We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships to achieve business goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings to close deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance updates to management.
  • Train and mentor sales executives to improve performance and productivity.
  • Key Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory processes.
