Technical Customer Support Executive

As a Technical Support Engineer at Tata Power Solar Projects, your role will involve providing timely and professional technical support to customers via phone. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues reported by customers, ensuring a timely resolution and escalating complex issues when necessary. Your duties will also include guiding clients through solutions clearly and concisely, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone in a timely and professional manner. - Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and work towards a timely resolution, escalating complex issues when necessary. - Guide clients through step-by-step solutions clearly and concisely. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. - Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues have been resolved and their satisfaction is met. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech in EEE - Minimum 6 months experience in the solar or electrical field Please note that candidates should have their own laptop. Preference will be given to male candidates located near Aluva. The job type for this position is permanent. The benefits include health insurance and paid sick time.
