**Role Overview**:
We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused **Customer Support Executive** to assist users with our accounting software. You'll handle queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide best-in-class support that reflects our brand values. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in **Hindi and/or Arabic** is a strong advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist users in understanding features, setting up accounts, and resolving issues.
- Log support requests accurately and escalate technical issues when required.
- Provide empathetic, timely, and effective support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates.
- Gather user feedback and share insights with the product and development teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support, preferably for a SaaS or accounting product
- Excellent verbal and written communication in **English**.
- Working knowledge of accounting terms and software usage.
- Patience, attentiveness, and a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

**Advantages**:

- Experience with tools like Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, or Zendesk.
- Background in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.
