**Position: Customer Support Executive**

**Experience: Minimum 2+ Years (Banking or Sales Experience Preferred)**

**Responsibilities**:
As a Customer Support Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
- **Banking Knowledge (Added Advantage)**:

- Leverage your banking experience to assist customers with financial queries.
- Stay updated on banking products and services to provide accurate information.
- **Sales Support (Sales Experience Preferred)**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and contribute to sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer support.
- Banking experience is an added advantage.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
