**Job Overview**:As a Customer Relationship Executive at ZACKLE, you will be the main point of contact between our company and its valued customers. This role demands excellent communication skills, empathy, and a proactive approach to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.

**Issue Resolution**:Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries professionally and empathetically.
Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve customer issues.

**Relationship Building**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.

**Product Knowledge**:Acquire in-depth knowledge of ZACKLE's products and services.
Assist customers in understanding product features and benefits.

**Order Processing**:Process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill customer requests.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
