Position OverviewAs an Inside Sales Executive at ManageMyHealth, you will identify, qualify, and nurture digitization opportunities with hospitals and healthcare providers. Your primary role is to connect with decision-makers, understand their medical records management challenges, and present ManageMyHealth's digitization solutions to improve compliance, efficiency, and patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively research and build a database of hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare institutions that can benefit from ManageMyHealth's digitization services.
- Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with key contacts such as hospital administrators, CIOs, and medical records managers
- Explain the benefits of converting physical medical records to secure, searchable digital formats through ManageMyHealth — highlighting faster access, regulatory compliance, and cost savings.
- Qualify leads through structured conversations, understanding decision-making timelines, budgets, and pain points
- Schedule virtual demos or coordinate meetings with senior sales or solution experts for detailed presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and follow-ups in Manage My Health's CRM system.
- Work closely with the marketing team for targeted campaigns and collaborate with the field sales team to smoothly hand overqualified opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably IT, or Healthcare).
