Job Description:

  • Generate new leads and set appointments for the Sales Managers, within defined territory, for specific lines of business, through cold calling campaigns
  • Generate well qualified leads for various lines of service in line with agreed sales and lead generation plans
  • Works closely with Sales Managers to qualify prospects, coordinate meetings, and drive new opportunities
  • Establishing and cultivating healthy relationships with prospective customers Develop new relationships of key decision makers in prospective customers
  • Working with Sales and Marketing team to create a consistent client message Scheduling meetings / appointments according to established procedures & making reminder calls to prospective customers.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the inside selling process - identify, qualify and generate qualified leads and meeting.
  • Data capturing with 100% accuracy while working on CRM
  • Own a prescribed list of targeted enterprises in the Indian market, research and build contact database (target audience) and reach out to them through email campaigns to generate conversations.
  • Follow up prospective conversations by email and telephone to understand and qualify their business requirements as per approved process, and hand over qualified prospects to field sales at the appropriate stage
  • Capture all conversations with prospects in the CRM tool for further analysis and reporting
  • Responsible for the entire life cycle management of existing contracts
  • Sending Renewal Quote, Renewal Follow up and Payment collection on Time
  • Coordinating with pre sales team & support team to handle any clients objection or query, ensuring timely renewals by proper follow up.
  • Co-ordinate with the accounts team for timely payment collection
  • Weekly & Monthly sales report preparation and maintaining sales MIS and sending reports to managers on time.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients Skills required
