Role Overview

You'll be responsible for building, improving, and maintaining mobile applications with clean architecture, strong performance, and zero excuses on quality. If you can't own your code end-to-end, this role will expose that quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain mobile apps (Android/iOS) using Flutter / React Native / Native Android (Kotlin) / Native iOS (Swift) — specify whatever stack you actually use.
  • Build scalable, modular, and testable code.
  • Integrate apps with REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
  • Debug crashes, fix performance bottlenecks, and ensure smooth UX across devices.
  • Implement secure authentication, local storage, and data handling best practices.
  • Handle versioning, CI/CD, and app store deployments.
  • Work closely with designers and backend teams to deliver features without delays or confusion.
  • Write unit tests and ensure the app doesn't break every time there's a new build.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of mobile frameworks, state management, and app lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • API integration (REST/GraphQL)
  • Local DBs (Room, SQLite, Hive, Core Data, etc.)
  • Push notifications & Firebase services
  • Performance optimization
  • Ability to spot broken UI/UX instantly and fix it without being told.
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge of Clean Architecture / MVVM / Bloc / Redux.
  • Prior work on high-scale apps or real-time features.
  • Mobile security basics (encryption, secure storage, anti-tamper).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
